A funny mistake for someone acting to be as intellectually critical as yourself. It's very easy to look at a crowd of human beings expressing their anger and aggression and say that they act childish, but it seems to be a lot more difficult for someone who is trying to be an "adult" to see that it's healthy to let your emotions out. To be aware of the fact that we are sometimes irrational beings, and that we do sometimes need to gather and beat eachother up, scream and dance, dig deeper into the roots of our ancestry. Besides this outlet may very well be keeping masses of angry kids from seriously harming others in an attempt to create revolution. I think to show that we can be hostile, that we know what power we have, and that noone can tell us otherwise when we gather in such great numbers. That crowds of 100 thousand plus will cheer for the presidents execution, and continue to demand justice. You just seem like a person who is assured that having venues full of hippie indy emo bands giving their two cents about revolution will actually change things. That spending extra money on organic, and free range products is changing the world. Expecting that a gas electric hybrid will reverse the damage we do to our planet. It's frustrating a lot of the time that someone who is quite possibly older than me is so full of themselves and ignorant to how others may actually feel about what they do or believe. You obviously haven't done research about what the EZLN is and what it hopes to achieve. You in fact know so little that you guessed they were called the Zapatistas due to their location. Which by the way they are located in Chiapas, Mexico high up in the Sierra Madre. Maybe if you had done research your criticism would not of been so bias to a more delicate and ineffective way of complaining.
